Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A deposit is required to book the appointment and is non-refundable. 12 hours' notice are required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you must cancel the appointment, a $50 credit will go towards your account to use on your next appointment. Same day cancellations rescheduling or no-show, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Essence Med Spa reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments at any time.
